Giorgio Andreoli is Director General of the European Payments Council (EPC) since April 2023. Before joining the EPC, Mr. Andreoli worked at the European Central Bank (ECB) on the Digital Euro project, at Accenture as Managing Director on payments and digital finance markets and products, and at Ericsson as Strategic Marketing Director for South-East Europe.  Mr. Andreoli has extensive professional experience in payments, digital finance, open banking, and on digital and mobile services.
